After a short sabbatical, I finally got back on the publishing bandwagon tonight. Updated the manuscript to add ISBN and publisher details etc.
The more you look into this, the more nooks and crannies you find. When I get the book published I have to send a copy to the British Library, which is nice. But then I discovered the whole CIP catalogue thing. So, I’ve submitted the book to the catalogue. If you’re going to so something etc…
It’s all a bit chicken and egg. I’m not sure if I can still submit to Amazon now coz I think the CIP thing will take a wee while. I suppose the good news is that this gives me some time to do a final proof read (groan).
Since it is all taking a while now, I’ve added a link from The Beatle Man website so you can buy it now. No point in losing sale 🙁
Yes indeed, I’m doing some physical WOP at the mo – the chiropracter recommended some Pilates. Which, horror of horrors, seems to actually work.
Be nice if Mr Godron could reply to the proper post, eh? Hope this isn’t symptomatic of the attention to detail he’ll have as a teacher.

Due to my lacklustre reading habits (only when travelling) I can still honestly tell people that the last book I read was “The Beatle Man” by Scott M Liddell.
Not that this resulting in an abundance of sales just yey, I’m guessing.
I’m sure there must be a name for the universal law which states that any post you make criticising someone else’s attention to detail, will inevitably be littered with typographical and grammatical errors.
LOL, I think there should be a law for that.
Not a flood of sale yet as I’m still in the ‘soft launch’ phase i.e. its not on Amazon yet and I haven’t sent yet the begging email out to everyone I know 😉
